Public hearing today on nuke PILOT deal

The Oswego City School District will hold a public hearing today regarding the tentative tax agreement with Constellation Energy’s Nine Mile Point Unit 1 nuclear facility that would increase payments to each jurisdiction involved by 2.75 percent.
